Can a profile exist before a Combine Camp?
Yes. A free player profile can exist before any physical measurements are added.
What happens at a Combine Camp?
A Combine Camp takes place in person. NetSport records physical measurements and adds them to the player profile afterward.
Is Combine Camp registration active on this page?
Yes. Use Combine Camps to send a registration request for the next available Combine Camp. NetSport will follow up with confirmed details.
What does NetSport record at a Combine Camp?
NetSport records physical measurements and adds them to the player profile afterward.
IS THE PLAYER PROFILE SEPARATE FROM A COMBINE CAMP?
Yes. The player profile is free. A Combine Camp is a separate in-person measurement experience.
How testing works
Combine Camp assessment protocol
Every Netsport Combine Camp measures players across four test groups. Results are compared within the player's age and gender cohort so that progress is tracked fairly over time.
Body composition
Height, wingspan, weight, skeletal muscle mass, body-fat percentage and leg-muscle balance. These measurements establish a growth baseline. They are not medical diagnoses and do not predict talent; they help coaches understand physical development in context.
All measurements are collected but optional. None are required by the assessment protocol.Jump and power
Vertical jump (counter-movement jump), flight time and reactive strength index. These capture explosive output through lower-body power tests conducted on a force plate or contact mat.
Required: vertical jump CMJ, flight time. Required (13+): reactive strength index.Reactive agility
Reactive Y-Drill time, average reaction time and 360-degree hit count. Players react to random light or coach cues rather than following a memorized path, so the test captures decision speed alongside movement.
U10: Y-Drill only. U13+: Y-Drill, avg. reaction and 360 hits.Speed and acceleration
0–10 m split, 10–30 m split, 0–30 m total and estimated peak speed. Timing gates measure first-step quickness separately from top-end speed so coaches can identify where acceleration gains are possible.
U10: 0–10 m only. U13: 0–10 m, 0–30 m and peak speed. 13+: all four (adds 10–30 m split).Age and gender protocol
Players are assigned to one of three bands based on age at the time of the camp:
- Foundation U10 — vertical jump, flight time, reactive Y-Drill and 0–10 m sprint.
- Development U13 — adds 0–30 m total, peak speed, reaction time and 360 hits to the U10 set. Does not include reactive strength index or the 10–30 m split.
- Performance 13+ — the full protocol including all four test groups.
Within each band, results are compared to players of the same gender and age. Comparisons show relative standing and individual progress, not scouting rankings or medical evaluations.
